The guy from Vaillant explaining the future.
| Me: | (to the Vaillant mechanic replacing a broken part in my brand new gas heater) So why did it break? |
| Mechanic: | Siemens. |
| Me: | Huh. Okay, so what brand did you replace it with? |
| Mechanic: | Siemens. We might be seeing each other again. |
| Me: | What would you have replaced it with if this were your machine? |
| Mechanic: | Something cheaper and better from Asia. |
The tune, “when it happens it moves all by itself”, is by Telefon Tel Aviv.

I just hat to quickly whip this up. To account for the Zeitgeist:
In the information age, knowledge is supposed to be power.
Those who have it can influence things. Those who don’t, can’t.
But that system turns to dust pretty quickly when information does not just leak, but is readily shared. So every “like” is basically a “leak”.
This is a world where embarassment doesn’t exist - because it’s pervasive.
